Ogi (also known as akamu, koko, or pap) is a traditional Nigerian breakfast made from fermented maize. Our ogi is naturally processed, boasting its distinctive sour taste, and is very easy to prepare. It's an excellent accompaniment to akara and moin moin, and is also highly suitable for babies. Simply add evaporated milk and sugar.
