Voandzu – Bambara Beans (Azingokoui) 500g

Bambara groundnut or earth pea (Vigna subterranea) is an herbaceous plant from the legume family, native to West Africa, widely cultivated for its seeds which are harvested underground, similar to peanuts. Earth peas can be consumed fresh or dried, after cooking. In Benin, it is commonly called voandzou or azingokouin in Fongbe.
