Pondu – Crushed Cassava Leaves 500gr

Pondu is made from carefully selected, washed, and crushed cassava leaves, then frozen at -18°C. It is rich in amino acids, proteins, and calories. In addition to being rich in B vitamins, its leaves have antibacterial properties. Cassava is also recommended for diabetics due to its low glycaemic index. Its high fibre content helps slow down the absorption of sugar into the bloodstream.
