White Kola Nut 200g

The kola nut is the seed of trees from the Cola genus, generically known as kola trees. It is reputed to aid digestion and possess aphrodisiac properties. It has a bitter taste due to its high content of xanthines (mainly caffeine, but also kolatine and kolatein which soften the action of caffeine). Due to its caffeine content, kola is a natural stimulant, effectively helping to combat fatigue and drowsiness, and maintain alertness.
